Which clubs say beginners are welcome? 7

Which club suits someone who has only just learnt the moves? The clubs here say on their own pages that beginners are welcome. In Horn the Schachclub Horn-Bad Meinberg holds a beginners’ hour on Tuesdays before its youth and adult training in the Burgscheune. Stukenbrock’s Tuesday evening is meant for beginners and experienced players alike, Minden 08 needs no registration, and the Springer club of Schnathorst invites young and old to a free games evening.

Bünde plays on Fridays in a primary school canteen, Rödinghausen meets in the Haus des Gastes and Hövelhof in the local youth house. Outside the clubs, the adult-education courses and the open meetings on this site are another way in.
